What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and move the pickup to the actual landing time, at no extra cost.
Where will I meet my chauffeur?
In the arrivals hall, just after baggage claim: your chauffeur holds a sign with your name. You receive their contact details before pickup.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book up to 20 minutes before pickup. For airport arrivals, book as soon as you know your flight: we will follow it for you.
