You book with Limoyes and your contract is with Limoyes: we sell the ride in our own name, set the price and answer for the service. At the wheel is a licensed professional partner driver we have met and tested in person.
What Limoyes does
You book and pay with Limoyes. We confirm the fixed price before you travel, track your flight and remain your single point of contact from booking to arrival. An authorised partner driver carries out the ride, and we answer for it, as set out in the terms.
The drivers
- Limoyes selects and verifies licensed professional drivers. We meet every partner driver in person and do test rides together before they carry a Limoyes customer.
- Each ride is carried out by an authorised partner driver, who holds their own licence for passenger transport where the journey takes place and the insurance required by law.
- The cars are the categories on this site: Business, First, First SUV, Business Van and First Van.
Price, waiting and delay
- The price you confirm is the price of the ride, per car, with VAT and tolls included.
- Waiting is free for 60 minutes after landing, 30 minutes at a station and 15 minutes at any other address.
- If the driver arrives after that time, part of the ride price is refunded in proportion to the delay, up to the full price.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
If you miss the pickup
If you do not arrive and we cannot reach you when the free waiting time ends, the driver may leave. The booking is then a no‑show and the full price remains due.
